Restore 2 Launch

With Hatch’s success with their first adult sleep device, Restore, they developed a new and improved version to be launched early 2023. The marketing team was tasked with brining the story of Restore 2 to life via a launch campaign. Our creative marketing team lead the launch concepting and delivering assets to span the customer’s journey. Restore 2 made it’s debut at CES in 2023.

Restore 2 launch emails

 

Onboarding emails to help Restore 2 users discover new content, sustain healthy sleep habits, and read about other user’s routines.

 

In addition to emails, the onboarding process included messages sent directly to users in the Hatch app. With the new Restore 2 I took this opportunity to redesign the in app messages to better align with Hatch’s recent brand refresh, which included a big overhaul of the app look and feel. I wanted these messages, that included guidance from sleep experts, to feel a part of the app experience rather than marketing materials. This series was meant to encourage and educate new Restore 2 users.
